Every order is corrected and reviewed by a designer. We use professional editing tools, but a human checks color, skin, and detail before the file is returned, so the result does not look auto-filtered.
Faded color, scratches, creases, missing corners, soft focus, and poor lighting are routine. Detail that was never captured, such as a face fully torn away, cannot be invented. We tell you what is realistic before you pay.
Your originals are kept private, used only to complete your order, and never sold or published without your written permission. You can request deletion after delivery.
Every order includes two rounds of revisions on the same image so you can fine-tune color and crop. Larger or commercial jobs include a revision allowance quoted up front.
Most single photos are returned within two to three business days. Batch and commercial work is scheduled when you request a quote.
