These terms cover photo enhancement and restoration work ordered from Next Level Photo. By sending us a photo and approving a quote, you agree to them.
What we do
We provide done-for-you photo editing: restoration, enhancement, retouching, cleanup, and related work, reviewed by a person. We are a service, not software. You are quoted before any work begins.
What is realistic
We restore and enhance from the detail that exists in your file. We do not invent detail that was never captured, and we will tell you before you pay if a request is not realistic. We do not knowingly alter photos to misrepresent a product, a vehicle, or a property in a way that is deceptive.
Your rights to the photo
You confirm that you own the photo or have permission to have it edited. You keep all rights to your images. We claim no ownership of your originals or the finished files.
Revisions and approval
Each order includes two rounds of revisions on the same image unless a different allowance is quoted for commercial or batch work. Once you approve the final file, the order is complete.
Payment
Single orders are paid on delivery. Commercial and batch accounts may be invoiced on agreed terms. Prices on the site are starting points; your quote is the agreed price.
Turnaround
Stated turnaround times are typical, not guaranteed, and depend on current studio load and the condition of your file. Rush options are offered when available.
Privacy
How we handle your files is covered in our privacy policy. In short: used only for your order, never sold, deleted on request.
